Engine/Drivetrain: FX Engines – Bob Sweeney-built 526ci 1,100hp Keith Black twin turbo Hemi with BigStuff3 engine management. Turbonetics F1-65 turbines with C69 compressor wheels. Bowler 4L80E transmission with Gear Vendors rev-control unit and traction-control system. Custom billet aluminum “steelies” – 18×8 rear. Hotchkis and Ridetech torsion-bar leaf spring set up. 2-stage traction control. Dry sump. Strange S60 Dana 60 rear end. Wilwood disc brakes.

Highlights: Real 426 Hemi car. Wrecked, rolled and stripped shell purchased for $5,000. Hot Rod Drag Week build. US Car Tool salvaged and straightened the body. NHRA 8.50-certified chassis and cage. Transmission scatter shield. Hitch-mounted parachute with wireless release. Rocker panels serve as structural members. Factory window cranks operate power windows.
